This End User License Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement" or “EULA”) constitutes a legal agreement between you (hereinafter "User"), the developer company (hereinafter "Company" or “GetMobi”) and the organization that provided the legal basis for the mandatory use (hereinafter "Financing Provider") of this mobile platform for communication and control of the User's payment discipline (hereinafter "Application").
Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Application. By installing and using the Application, the User confirms his/her agreement with the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, he/she must stop using the Application device and request its removal from his/her device.
ATTENTION: the request to remove the Application may result in the termination of the services provided by the Financing Provider and the requirement to return the device to the Financing Provider with possible payment of fines and penalties.
The Application is designed for communication and ensuring of the User's payment discipline. The Application does not collect personal data and does not make payments on behalf of the User. The User can voluntarily enter information about his/her past and future payments for reminders. The Application provides links to the services or applications of the Financing Provider, where the User can make payments, as well as receive informational and marketing communications.
For the correct operation of the Application and the binding of the User's device to the payment gateway of the Financing Provider, registration using an OTP code, which will be sent to the User in the first days of using the device, is required. The User agrees to undergo this procedure. In case of refusal to go through it, the User agrees to receive continuous notifications on the entire screen, which may slow down the user experience when working with the device. Also, in case of refusal of OTP registration, the GetMobi does not guarantee the correct operation of the Financing Provider's services for convenient payment.
Together with the installation of the Application on the User's device, special libraries of the operating system are activated, which can limit access to this device functionality based upon request of the Financing Provider. This can happen in case of non-payment of debt or other obligations of the User to the Financing Provider.
By using the Application, the User agrees to receive information and marketing communications through the Application, as well as to receive push notifications and full-screen messages from the Financing Provider, the Company and their partners. Communications may include without limitation 3rd party applications installations and phone screen or interface customization.

The Application is provided "as is", without any warranties. The GetMobi is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the Application.
The Company reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the official website or in the Application. Continued use of the Application after changes means the User's consent to the new terms.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the country where the GetMobi is registered. All disputes arising in connection with EULA shall be resolved in the courts of the respective jurisdiction.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

This EULA enters into force from the moment of its acceptance by the User and is valid until its termination.
